CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:257

Dear all,
During my initial upgrade session from V1.26.5 to 1.27.99 I came agros the following messages from Cmake:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:257 (message):
  zm requires MySQL headers - check that MySQL development packages are
  installed


-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

The "funny" part is that mysql-dev is installed.
I running ClearOs 6.5 (CentOs 6) any has/had the same issue?
So yes how can it be solved.

Problem solved by it self in release 1.28.0
