Problem when using authentication

Hi,

I've got Zoneminder working very nicely, with one exception.

When I have authentication disabled, everything works perfectly. However, as soon as it's turned on, I can log in as any of the users I have created, but am unable to play events or view the camera outputs (these generate an HTTP 500 internal server error), both viewing the stills, or using Cambozola (even as admin). I have tried restarting apache, and ZM, but to no avail. As soon as auth is disabled, things go back to working.

The apache error log shows:

Error, unable to authenticate user
[Tue May 31 15:32:02 2005] [error] [client 192.168.44.132] Premature end of script headers: zms, referer: http://192.168.44.142/zm/index.php?view ... c=0&page=1
Error, unable to authenticate user

Can anybody offer any hints as to what might be wrong?

Are there any errors showing in zmdc.log?
What distro are you using?
Apache Version?
PHP version?
ZM version?
