Skin Colors and /or Edits CSS

[DVB Hardware]

I have been looking through the forum for 'Skins" especially a dark one, I might have missed it in my 4 day search both inside and outside the forum. I am using 1.28 and found some info but they are for previous versions, not taking the chance that they are not compatible.

If some one can point me to any or the CSS edits for the text colors that need to be changed, and I guess i have to add background-color to the body.
