no image/video shown on zoneminder

I tried 2 different types of IP cameras: one is GeoVision and the other one is HikVision with 2 different types of settings: http and rtsp. But the issue is that there is no video shown in the zoneminder webpage Even though the path source are working if I put them on a webpage. I can see the image or even the video can be played on a player. The OS I am using right now is ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

I attached some screenshots so you can see my settings. Can anybody help please!!

Did you enable cgi in Apache?
