images not ok

I have 2 cameras on ZoneMinder
- 1 goes with image snapshots (so 1.5fps) and is ok
- the other, I have 2 streams (720p stream and a CIF-stream)

I do motion detection on the CIF (2fps) and record (nodect) the 720p (limit to 8fps) stream by using a trigger.

It's been working ok, but lately I have this:

the CIF stream is OK, but the 720p stream is missing a lot

unfortunately I cant post links or images to show you anyone know how to solve this?

When I look via the webpage of the camera there the 720p stream look ok.

ZoneMinder is accessing this cam (both streams) via FFMpeg rtsp

Under the Source Tab of the camera change Remote Method to RTP/RTSP, this uses TCP and stops packet loss on ffmpeg UDP connections.
