Hi there,
When I generate a video and once it is generated, I click Download, but it then says error not found.
I found the URL is:
/zm/12/15/03/12/14/20/00/Event-583834-r1-s1.mp4
but if I add "events" below, it then downloads.
/zm/events/12/15/03/12/14/20/00/Event-583834-r1-s1.mp4
Any ideas how to fix this permanently?
The only thing I have changed is the encoding of the video under options...images.. FFMPEG_OUTPUT_OPTIONS, to
-r 30 -vcodec libx264 -b 2000k -minrate 800k -maxrate 5000k
and FFMPEG_FORMATS to only show mp4
Back end it is CentOS 6, 64bit.
Cheers

Re: Issue downloading events (saved/generated video)
Did you add a hard drive for event storage ??
I don't know much about the differences,
knnniggett would be the guy.

Re: Issue downloading events (saved/generated video)
just tried it on a Ubuntu 1.28.0 install. the download link does not have events in the link.
Also if you try to right click and save link it doesn't work. Left Clicking on the link works.

Hiya,
Thanks for your reply!
Yup have extra hdd for event storage, but the symbolic links all work fine to it etc.
Its weird, if I remove those ffmpeg options it will work on clicking the generated video download.
Not a major issue, like I say I can right click and copy the link, then add events to the url to make it work.
