only Active X for 2100+
I tested this camera about hlaf a year ago and despite a whole week of fiddling I nor a couple of pros at my office, could not find a way around the Active X.
There were no webpaths we could find,
According to D-Link support this camera only works with Active X and IE > 5.1 or their own Windows software

You can use:
http://<user>:<pass>@<camera address>/cgi-bin/video.jpg to get images.
Remote Host Name is "<camera address>" or "<user>:<pass>@<camera address>" if you are using authentication.
Remote Host Path is "/cgi-bin/video.jpg"
Make sure the path is EXACTLY as above.
Personally I would avoid the D-Link in future. How can they sell a device with embedded Linux and not support a Linux client...?!
