Hi,
I'm wondering if this is possible.
I am using a 2MP Foscam camera with a H264 stream that is being process via rtp/rtsp in zoneminder.
This is quite CPU intensive.
The stream is setup as mocord.
The camera has the ability to send a lower resolution secondary stream. Is it possible to video process the lower resolution secondary stream for motion capture while recording the high resolution stream for video capture?
The answer might be to have two sources to the same camera but the best result would be if they were combined within zoneminder as a single source.
Thoughts?
Phil

Set up both streams as two different monitors. The low definition stream will be set to do modect, the high def stream should be set to nodect and linked to the low def stream. Your server does motion detection on the low def stream, when it alarms and starts to record the high def stream will also record. I've got this set up with 9 grandstream cameras that provide both hi an low def streams, they are all set up this way and things work good for me.
