can show more than 2 channels

I have a four channel capture card. I set up one monitor each. right now all dev (chan) show orange. but I can only pull up 2 monitor screen at a time. addition screen remains blank.

I already increased shmmax to 134217728.

did I confuse anyone? what I meant was I CAN NOT display more than 2 monitors at at time. the 3rd and 4th shows a blank html page.

Which browser ?

For Firefox or mozilla do the following :

type about:config in the text area

search for and change :

network.http.max-connections-per-server -> 100
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy -> 100 network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server -> 100 browser.cache.check_doc_frequency -> 1

Close the browser and open it again.

For IE you may need an older version of Cambozola. I think I'm using .50

I use Firefox. so this means such a modification has to be made on all client desktops then? that certainly adds to the instalation cercern.

well, this fix worked! I got many monitor frames up as well as a montage frame.
