Compatible DVR or Best Setup options?

Compatible DVR or Best Setup options?

I have 2 ge analog dome cameras that I would like to set up with zoneminder, but I'm not sure what way would be the best to go about it. Currently they are connected to an iview 4 channel DVR which works however really lacks support and features. If it was possible to grab the stream from the dvr with zoneminder that would be awesome but the dvr doesn't have a stream url. Is their a preferred dvr or camera capture card for use with zoneminder?
