With reference to the FI9821W V2 Wiki link mentioned previously, the fields in the Control tab are not populated correctly.
In the "Control Device" field, enter the admin password (for the camera).
In the Control Address field, only put the ip address of the camera and nothing else
Decreasing the Auto Stop Timeout to something less than 1 second will give your camera finer movement, but will require you to push the move buttons more often to get the camera to pan or tilt large amounts. Your choice.

Re: HOOTOO HT-IP008HDP PTZ and the IPCAM.pm
I have no idea if this has anything to do with the problem, but HOOTOO support emailed me this morning saying there's a new firmware version coming out soon. With the present even trying to set the cam up through the gui doesn't work. From setting up zones for movement and everything in between to the email with an alert. Didn't even dawn on me, but then me not being the quickest on the block. I do with what's left of the air my head do what I can, so I guess I'll have to wait on the new firmware. Sorry for all of wasted time that all that have tried to help, but I'll be back.
Thanks
P.S. To all... Have a great Thanksgiving!
