VLC works. ZM sometimes grabs 1 frame

I'm running ZM 1.28.1 on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS

I have several Foscam 720p cams working just fine.


I'm trying Jienuo 1080p JN-IP506AR-D-WIFI cams. It'll do wireless or ethernet. I've tried both. It's wired right now.

If I load up VLC on my mac, and go to rtsp://192.168.1.25:554/11 they work great. I get video footage and it never stops.


So I tried adding that into ZM.

Added a new camera.
Changed Source Type: Remote
Clicked Source tab
Remote Protocol: RTSP
Remote Method: RTP/Unicast
Remote Host Name: 192.168.1.25
Remote Host Port: 554
Remote Host Path: /11
Capture Width (pixels): 1920
Capture Height (pixels): 1080

When I view the monitor for this camera, I sometimes get broken images. I sometimes get 1 frame.

Why is it working great in VLC from my mac, but buggy at best in ZM on my Ubuntu ZM server?
