could not open configuration file

Went to open webpage and got nothing but this.

Could not open config file.

Ubuntu 14.04
Latest version from icconer ppa.

I can see zoneminder running I just cant open the web page.

Is this something I can easily fix or do I need to do a fresh install again?

I did do that

after this happened. It worked for the last few days but today I got this error. I changed nothing.

Did a purge and reintall. Doing so fixed this issue.
