ZoneMinder v0.9.16 Released

After quite a long wait I'm pleased to announce that version 0.9.16 has been released today and is available from the downloads section of the site as usual, as is the updated README containing details of the changes from the previous version.

Upgrading from a previous full version is the same as usual, just shut down the application, untar the archive file, run 'perl zmconfig.pl -noi', build and install, run the appropriate zm-alter.sql scripts through mysql to upgrade your database and restart and off you go. That's the theory anyway but if anyone finds any problems then feel free to post them here. For users of the previous .16 betas, there is no upgrade script included so you will either have to do a clean database build or just manually create the States table by cutting and pasting from the zmschema.sql file.
