Signal loss warning in log, but no event

On my wired network cameras, I'm only getting the "signal reacquired" events recorded when the camera signal comes back. I see the "Signal loss" warning in the logs, but no events generated. Is there a way to make sure the event is triggered every time a signal loss is detecteed?

I'm running version 1.28.108.
