Cant get HD working

Hi guys, I have installed Zoneminder via Docker on my Xpenology server.
I was pulling my hair why wont my cheap Jooan A5 camera work, but I finally got it to work by adjusting capture width and height to: 720x540
When viewing rtsp stream in VLC i get 720p resolution. When using their app on android, I also get HD resolution.
As soon as I put 1280x720 resolution in ZM i get broken picture icon.
My current setup is using libvlc as ffmepg is not working for me for some reason.

Does anyone have some ideas I can try maybe? I am using ZM for the first time now, but would like to get full resolution available as current picture quality is not so good compared to VLC or APP.

Last info I have is that Docker installs 1.28.1 which did not support libvlc fully.
