Axis 2100 IP Cam, Won't Monitor in ZM. Settings wrong? See settings. Can view in browswer on local network. Also Records

Will bring up the camera's image window even on other devices on the network (and without passwords). But in ZM, it won't monitor it or even show anything when I probe with the following settings... see screen shot.

Any clues?

I should add that I am getting recordings when on record. Just nothing showing on Monitor when I click on the camera.

When you click on zones can you see the image from the camera? And you are seeing images when you record?
If both are yes then check the paths and or permissions are set correctly to stream images from the cameras.
What Operating system and which ZoneMinder are you running? Do other cameras work?

Yes I do see the image from the camera on Zones and I see frames when I record. I have to click on each one. I only have one type of camera at the moment (excluding a usb webcam and of course android phones).

I will have to check the paths and thanks! How do I do that? This is on Xubuntu 15.04.

startup ZM console in your browser, go to Options->Path and look at PATH_ZMS and what it is set to. It should be /zm/cgi-bin/nph-zms . Try to change it to /zm/cgi-bin/zms and restart ZM.

Thanks! Here's what I've got for the Paths page. I will change it and see what I get. EDIT: I just made the change and it works! EDIT_V2.0... the default path you gave ALSO works. But what I had stock per install DOES NOT work. See the screenshot of the stock install paths that are no go.

OH No!! I just put a /zm/ in front of all the folders and now I can't open the Zoneminder page.

my mistake the path I posted is wrong! do not add the zm/ to the paths! Just change /cgi-bin/nph-zms to /cgi-bin/zms in the PATH_ZMS
Do not change any other default paths.

No what you posted was right (at least in that it worked). I made the mistake of putting a /zm/ into every path. I just reinstalled everything since that was an easy fix to get back up and running. I hadn't really customized anything so that was no big deal.

EDIT: I just tried it without the /zm/ in front of the path you mentioned and it seems to need that to monitor. It works according to your first instruction above. Just no /zm/ in the other paths as I discovered by my mistake a bit ago.
