Does Zone Minder support any IP Camera? What are the requirements of a camera that can be integrate with zoneminder?

i use linksys ip camera
in both h264 and mpeg work just fine

i think most of IP cams that provide the streaming will work
but wait for another one to answer maybe i am wrong

Most modern IP cameras will work using a source type of ffmpeg, especially if the camera supports Onvif.

Read the hardware compatibility list in the wiki to see if someone else has already figured out the ZoneMinder settings for the camera make & model you are consdiering.
