How do I setup to Email Alarms when I activate it to do so?

How do I setup to Email Alarms when I activate it to do so?

I currently have ZM set to email at a range of hours I setup. But I'd like to have a setting we can put it on to ALWAYS email alarms. Is there a way to have both?
