well i have same problem when a filter is use.

log said this.

remember i use RD 7.3
Perl version 5.6.1
maybe is perl problem tellme you version!

I suspect what is happening is that it cannot parse the date string from your filter. Can you dump out the contents of your Filters table ('select * from Filters' ) and post it so I can check. Alternatively mail it me.
