New to Zonminder trouble adding monitor

Hello Forums,

I am new to the forums and new to Zoneminder. I am trying to set up a few cameras to work using Zoneminder web UI. A little about my system first I am running an instance of EXSi 6.0 with Ubuntu 14.3 LTS. I followed the manuals online to setup up Zoneminder. I am using firefox ver 40.0 to configure the cameras to work.

DS-2CD2142FWD-IWS

I have attached how my camera settings are and the log errors I am receiving.

Any help is much appreciated.

Has anyone seen this issue and if so can they help me with this. I have a deadline to have these camera's up. I have yet to get one camera to show through.

At first I was connected and looking good, however I am not able to view the feed through a browser in Zoneminder. At first my logs looked all good. Now that I have come back a few minutes later the logs looks like this. Saying connection reset.

Now on another not I have ISpy working perfectly.
