zoneminder on vmware (ubuntu server 16.04)

I bought a brandless chinesse ip cam. I use with CMS. But I intended use zoneminder.
Install vmware and ubuntu server 16.04 release . After that changed vmware ubuntu setting-> network adapter
from NAT to Bridged. When start zoneminder service I could see IE browser 192..../zm/index.php with no problem.
I added monitor and set url's but always get blue screen. I think url is correct.

Can you ping the camera from the server? What URL are you using?
