I'm looking to use ZMand primarily use Modect for 1 or MAYBE 2 wifi camera's. If I use the live-view, I will use other software (that came with the camera's) or use the ZM app from the phone, depending which is better.
I won't need a high resolution either. Just enough. For the FPS recorded, I'm not sure how many would be reasonable. 10-30?
Do you think the Pine64+ or RPi3 would do more justice?

I do like the extra RAM on the Pine64+
Price isn't an issue, as they're both low priced.
I'd use Linux on either. I may eventually upgrade storage and use one as a media server as well, for movies once in awhile. But let's focus on ZM
