locked out after opt_auth enabled

Hello guys, I just upadated ZM to 1.30 and validated aop_auth for testing.
after validating this impossibe for me to log back in with my credentials, did I miss something ?!
is there a way to revert to non opt_auth via sql database or do i have to make a frash install ?
