Debian Server Zoneminder Sricam SP012

Post by Kaily »

Hello,
i have problems to connect my Sricam SP012.
With Source "Remote" and different adjustments as well as ffmpeg, i get a Bluescreen at the Monitor.
The Time is running and i can see: Status: Leerlauf - 2046.50 fps
Leerlauf means idle.
So, maybe i have the wrong port, configuration ......?
Is somebody able to help me?
Regards Kaily

/usr/share/doc/zoneminder check README.Debian, common issues are zms_path in options->path or camera image dimensions don't match those input in monitor setup. Check console Logs button.

Thanks for your comment.
I´m not very experienced with Zoneminder and the Sricam, so i´ve tried to follow the steps of your answer, but it wasn´t succesfull.
Maybe someone could send the correct adjustment for the Sricam SP012 at Zoneminder.
As i posted the screen is Blue i see the Timestamp and all other Buttons.
The console Logs are mostly shows unable to connect to camera....
The PATH_ZMS Web path to zms streaming server (?) /zm/cgi-bin/nph-zms is not on my server?!?
Btw. i have used this Install Guide: https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Debian_8_64 ... e_Easy_Way
Thanks for any help

Okay Zoneminder itself seems to be running correct.
I´ve connected a Logitech Webcam via USB at the Server and voilà i have a Video sequence :-)
So the Problem is still the Sricam SP012.

It is likely the resolution you are trying to use in the ZM monitor setup.

One hint is to use VLC to connect to the camera stream. When successful use those settings in ZM (ffmpeg) and the resolution reported by VLC or fractions thereof.

Yes :-))) thats it!
The Camera resolution must be 640x386 with /Onvif1
All others will not be possible.
Thanks a lot bbunge.
