GW-5037IP & GW-5091IP cameras working great with the following settings:

Source Type: FFMPEG
Source Path: rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:554/mpeg4cif?username=xxx&password=xxx (Substream)
Source Path: rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:554/mpeg4?username=xxx&password=xxx (Mainstream)
Remote Method: RTP/RTSP
