cotier ipc631-t31 no rtsp stream

cotier ipc631-t31 no rtsp stream

Anyone using the cotier ipc631-t31?, according to several pages the rtsp url rtsp://IPADDRESS:554/live/mpeg4 should working. I test it with vlc. I get no stream. Only the camera is working with a flash plugin via http.

Anyone?
