Hello,

my ZM send no email on motion detection. What can i do?

E-Mail Log is O.K:

cam@cam:~$ echo "Hello, World" | mail -s "My email check" cam@test.com
cam@cam:~$ tail -f /var/log/syslog

I wish you had an answer, I have a problem with email notification too

Can you send emails from your system

First make sure your email works - most likely that is your problem to begin with

Hey - a newby may be able to help. Look at the last field - path to the ssmtp program - on my ubuntu it is "/usr/sbin/ssmtp". I *think* that part was left out on someone's post - add that in and see if it works...
