Blob outline

Hello,

i read somewhere that 1.30 has a but in outlining the blob in motion.

I surely cannot get it to work?

Is anyone aware of an actual bug ?

Yes, broken red outlines in 1.30.0 have already been reported and have been fixed in the master branch.
