Cameras not showing up after update

We updated from Zoneminder version 1.28.0 to 1.29.0 due to an issue we were having with the cameras no longer recording motion and Continuous videos. We set up Zoneminder 1.29.0 on a new server with a clean install of Debian. We imported the configuration of the cameras off of the old server and to the new server. The problem is that only two of the twelve cameras that we have display and record events. You can configure the source on the first two cameras to show the others, but using the same source config on the existing config doesn't show anything. Does anyone know of a way to have these cameras display correctly like they were doing on 1.28.0?

We ended up increasing the RAM on the VM to 16GB from 4GB and added two more vCPU. It looks like the issue was not having enough resources to run all of the cameras at the same time.
