Looking for good low light non-IR cameras

Hello, I've been searching for good low light cameras. I used to have a POS logitech quickcam that needed no IR LEDs but instead just lowered the frame rate and opened it's aperture really wide. It only cost about $40. They haven't made those for a long time, but I'm looking for something similar.

I'd like to place this indoors but aim it out the windows. So in this setup, the IR LEDs are totally useless for me. I need something that is just really good in low light. I also don't want to spend thousands on it. I have to believe something like this still exists, but it''s very hard to search for low light cameras that DON'T have IR in them.

Can anyone help? I would greatly appreciate it.
