OK, this is just plain WTF. I have everything working. Finally. Last step is to get remote access going but I better put a password on it, right?
Except turning on passwords kills it - in the console, click on a monitor, no video. Can't do playback either.
Huh?
AUTH_TYPE of "builtin" or "remote" doesn't matter. Blows up either way.
Whaaa?
Turning on "authentication" (OPT_USE_AUTH) kills all video?!
Re: Turning on "authentication" (OPT_USE_AUTH) kills all vid
I have the same issue. Still haven't solved it so I'll be interesting to see the replies.
Re: Turning on "authentication" (OPT_USE_AUTH) kills all vid
Hi,
I am having the exact same problem (Ubuntu Server 12.1 + LAMP + ZM 1.25). Has anyone figured this out yet?

I'm having the same issue.
Everything works fine until I enable authentication.
This thread is the only reference I've found to the issue so am I just missing the resolution?
thanks.
btw:
I doubt it matters but I'm running a docker container of 1.29.0
