Viewing Filtered Results Across Multiple Monitors

Post by kkalbaugh »

I'm running v1.30.2 and can't figure out how to view only my filtered results chronologically.

Scenario:

Have 15 monitors. Would like to watch the footage of everything that happened for a time period in chronological order acrosss . Say a 4 hour period.

I get expected results like this:
2017-04-06_9-47-34.jpg
2017-04-06_9-47-34.jpg (154.34 KiB) Viewed 1499 times
However, when I go to view the events it "follows" the first monitor and ignores the filtered list.

So instead of going from Event #119554 to Event #119555 it jumps to Event #119566 (which is the next event for the first monitor). When trying to review footage to see what happened over a time period it is more difficult. I feel like I'm missing something but I was only able to find one other person ask about this back in 2015 but they didn't get an answer if it was by design or how to work around the issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

System Details:
v1.30.2 running on Ubuntu 16.04, 15 IP HD cameras, dual hard drives: SSD (OS, cache etc) and spinning disk (event storage), system has over 100,000 events and growing)

I did a test on my production system this afternoon and got the same results as you. Do not know if what you want is possible but I have never tried to do that.
Just did not want your post to go unanswered. Will try to get a chance to work on it this weekend...
