havnt read above but if your thinking that 30 fps (NTSC) split to 2 cams = 15 fps then your wrong. If using 2 inputs onto 1 chip you will be lucky to achive 5 fps per input.

Bullet cameras are nice because of their small footprint.

Box cameras in an external housing have alot of more advanced options. Housing can have heaters / blowers which is nice to save the life of the camera and great in cold climates. Plus most box cameras have switches to enable / disable advanced features. Box cameras can also have better lenses added to them (auto iris variable focus).
