I can see a clear differance in the jpeg headers but I don't know what to make of it. There appears to be more information imbeaded in your cameras headers than others.
Phil or some one else will have to take a peek at this as it is beyond me I'm affraid.

Hi Cordel,
The test you performed was running Firefox under Linux I take it?

No actually, I tried configureing two of your cameras into a working zoneminer installation and the only errors i got were
ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS 0
ZM_HTTP_VERSION 1.1
Aug 4 10:39:58 Video1 zmc_m10[4627]: ERR [Invalid response status 210357616: Not Found]
ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS 1
ZM_HTTP_VERSION 1.0
Aug 4 10:46:05 Video1 zmc_m10[4864]: ERR [Invalid response status 404: Not Found]
ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS 0
ZM_HTTP_VERSION 1.0
Aug 4 10:49:16 Video1 zmc_m10[5017]: ERR [Invalid response status 210357616: Not Found]
ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS 1
ZM_HTTP_VERSION 1.1
Aug 4 10:51:26 Video1 zmc_m10[5167]: ERR [Invalid response status 404: Not Found]
I just listed the most obvious. If zm is not recognizing it as a jpeg format (unlike fire fox that is more forgiving and trys any regardless, then it's not going to work.

Lets go back to the error you had in ForeFox "The image “
http://67.111.35.52/jpg/image.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."
We have not been able to duplicate the problem. Our Firefox installs dislay the image just fine w/o any warning messages.
Also, it is rather strange that you get those "not found" errors rather than invalid format errors.
Not sure what we can do right now but we'll leave the cameras up and running for the time being.

Check out
http://www.networkipcamera.com/files/55 ... fw_411.pdf for specifics, but the digest version is:
The couple that I have seem to be pretty picky on image resolution, only picking up in 320x240 mode and not in 640x480. Not sure why yet. Might be because I'm using 3.5x firmware... *shrug*
As an update (a few days later), flashing the cameras with the newest firmware (v4.20) fixed the stability issues on my cameras, and gave me the system configuration setting to allow direct access to the jpegs. (which is the link I provided above). The image.cgi script returns a full html page rather than the raw image stream, so that won't work for ZM.
