No. As i said it before camera and server are on the same local Network. Network is a Gigabit system (switches also), camera uses only 100mbit (WiFi is not used between camera and server). Network is not overloaded. Servers load is between 1 and 2, which is normal for a 2 core Linux system. When i watch in ZM the camera i did not recognize such jerky pictures.
Now i try to play with the jpeg quality settings in ZM.

This looks to me to be the same ffmpeg issue as this:

Either way, your camera would make a great candidate for the new "libvlc" method in the upcoming 1.27 release. It should be a drop-in replacement for ffmpeg, at least we hope.
