The issue has been resolved. Thank you asker for helping me fix the issue. For anyone's reference:
The following changes worked:

• Video Writer set to Encode

• OutputCodec set to h264

• Encoder set to libx264

They are located in the storage tab. That should allow you to download and view the videos on zmNinja using your iPhone.
