Huh. Options->System->TIMEZONE = (GMT-08:00) AMERICA, some city ? - is supposed to do that, or so I thought.
Sorry about the locale one, I was looking at 1.37 options. :oops:
Anyway, congrats on figuring it out.
The remaining question is how it got that way... :|
