It stopped responding after only a few seconds. Can you try restarting it?

OK I'll try not to break it this time :)

OK I give up. You will need to look at updating the kernel. Let me study on this awhile and I'll get back to you.

Can you post the output from "dmesg" on the fc3 system?

Regards,

Ross

I'm building an updated kernel for Mandrake 10.1. Ill test that it boots and then post a link. You'll have to do the real testing :)

Ross I have another card i mentioned earlier on. I wont work on my current rig cos its to old i think, and it needs bus mastering. It doesnt even show up as hardware. I have found that there is a new bttv driver that lists a cs16 but i cant find a picture of this cs16 anywhere. If your doing a kernal update do you think this one will start to work too?

I'm having trouble getting a new (2.6.12) kernel to play well with Mandrake 10.1. I'll keep trying as I have time. But ZMliveCD support for some hardware may have to wait until a new version built on Mandriva 2006 which is in beta.

Beta versions are out now. Expect a "community" release nest month, and "official" before the first of the year. Im going to get serious about a new ZMliveCD when the community release is out.
