Okay so your going to need to find the correct card setting to insmod to get the card working.
If you see your card here http://www.bttv-gallery.de/
Lots of pictures- this may help track down the settings you need.

Ok, it looks like the Kodicom KMC-4400R

I says the the master is the second one detected. and the other 3 chips use 0x85.

sooo...in modprobe
would it look like?
options bttv card=77,133,133,133 radio=-1 tuner=4

card=133,132,133,133

It's working
On Fedora 4 Core I didn't have to install the new bttv stuff.
With you help the 133,132,133,133 worked great.
