There has been no update since 1.22.0 had some things to work out and I didn't want to place it on the update server as some have yum nightly enabled, it didn't seem prudent or wise.
As far as CentOS goes, I build the packages for it now but have no time to maintain more than one OS. CTU is based on FC3 and I'm working on FC5 versions now.
