Its working fine for me with the following settings
and im using a
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 046d:0928 Logitech, Inc. QuickCam Express

I got the same issue and same camera, but I am still not able to get it working

12/13/2010 20:52:01.421881 zmdc[13513].ERR ['zmc -d /dev/video0' exited abnormally, exit status 11]
I am able to take a snapshot using e.g. webcamd
