My dumb question of the day :-)

Where are the RPM's, I don't see them in the download's. Not trying to be lazy but am missing them...

Opp's,
My bad was that I had put the rpm's in the Extra-RPMS repo. What I forgot is that it is disabled by default in the distro. you have to do :
yum --enablerepo Extra-RPMS update

I have now added it to the updates repo so it should work for everyone with just a yum update.

Trouble updating to 1.22

When trying to update via yum I keep getting this..

"http://download.computerntelecom.com/pu ... t.i386.rpm: [Errno -1] Header is not complete.
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: os/zm-1.22.2-0.2.fc.root.i386.rpm from ctu-updates-released: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try."

What's up with that?

I updated the repo header files. Try giving it a shot again.
There are also no mirrors. One company offered and synced everything from my server then closed access  Not very nice. So My server is it.

Corey

Whew! I thought I was destined to ride the short bus to work...

It worked. I'm good to go now. Many thanks for your help.

When's the ctu fc5 going to be released?

Posted: Thu Oct 26, 2006 2:37 am

It's not ever going to be released. I just dumped it off my drive.... FC6 released yesterday :D
So I'm going to work on that, but I am starting over so it may be a while.

Corey

Would it not be better to do the CTU on a released Distro that is stable?

Like CentOS Which is the GPL release of RH EL 4.

I have had so many issues with Fedore release. It's where everyone test there new stuff. And I don't feel it's something to use as a release Distro but something to play and do testing with only.

Thank you.
