Same deal with FP16 enable. I guess it is time to throw in the towel until I can find some better hardware. I work for an MSP so we have hardware flowing through all the time that will end up in recycling so hopefully something will turn up soon. I may just grab a 1050TI off ebay as they are around $100 used right now which isn't too bad.

Thanks for all the effort man I really appreciate it. You definitely went above and beyond any that I expected. When I get a better video card I'll reply to this thread to let you know the outcome. I learned quite a bit on this adventure.
