I panicked and instead of googling (like I should have) I was being a ignoramus (Closely related the the virus "cranial rectumitis").
It appears that I need to pick a different install location for it and/or rename it. I'm not quiet sure what the consequences will be by doing that though through rpm. I might have to find the make file that produces it

Hi Phil,
I worked out the above problem so it's not an issue anymore.
I e-mailed you all the additional scripts as well. Only the patch for the zm start script is not finished but the rest are done. I just have to figure out how to handle the new /etc/zm.conf so every thing will play nice.
