However, looking at the big picture, you've managed to get your system into an unknown state.
This could easily turn into a game of whack-a-mole where you solve one problem only for another to pop-up.
The best thing to do would be to get your system back to a default, clean state and then start over.

Already did this twice. Removed all repository changes, remove DB and all traces of zoneminder and started to reïnstall without success.

A missing log button can mean that you have an old version of zoneminder coexisting on your system. Have you ever installed any version of zoneminder by compiling from source over the life of your system? If so, did you execute a "make uninstall" to get rid of the old files before upgrading? This could easily cause the kind of probems you are describing.

You might think you have, but the fact that you are still having problems speaks otherwise. Something is out of whack. You could have old files lying around, you could still have repo-related issues caused by the initial mistake, or it could be something else. I unfortinately, cannot tell you what it is based on the information you have given, and saying "I'm pissed off" isn't particualty helpful at solving the problem.

Anyway, it seems to be running now. The line was commented out in my fstab ánd I changed the webserver user to default and pointed my zoneminder user to that user.

I think the shm part fixed my troubles...

Yeah, previsouly I was just guessing what the problem might be. I'm glad you found the problem and got it working. Guess you had previsouly disabled the ramdisk??? That should be enabled on just about any linux distro these days. Anyway, /dev/shm is necessary for mmap to work.... it's also a ton faster.

I think everything was fine but when I would like to install zoneminder-1.27.0-1.el6.x86_64.rpm I had an error message because some dependencies were missed:

I used --skip-broken switch and yum installed zoneminder but wrote that there are some missed dependencies.

I added Prerequisites (repo and packages) and modified priority of repositories and updated installed packages. Then I tried zoneminder but I have problems. I don't know what was the trouble.

I can't download VCentOS 6.4 (what you recommend), I can only download CentOS 6.5 x86_64 and I can't find any repo for these files...

I have an problem my installed zm on my opensuse, you can read it in the forum, because EyeZM can't work my zm 1.27 correctly. I'ld like to try it can work on Centos and my problem is a specified opensuse+mpeg+zm problem or there is an other problem. But I think it will be easy if I can ask somebody who use zm 1.27 and EyeZM with Axis 240Q video server "How works it you?". But I don't know nobody who use these and nobody didn't answare on the forum when I asked members of forum. I hope you can agree ...

Don't use skip broken; you'll make things worse.

You've got a repository problem. Specifically, the packages the system is looking for are in the rpmfusion repo.

As to why your system can't, I can't say for sure.
Are you sure you have all three repositories added?
Are you sure you have your yum priorities correct?
Did you exclude any packages??

Recommend you uninstall everything and get back to a clean state. Then try and yum install vlc-core (only) to try and figure out where the problem is. Don't continue until this step is resolved.

I checked all repo and priority and everything is fine. I checked dependencies in all repo and I can't find they. I find libdvbpsi.so,7 but it is everything...

In this situation I can't install zonminder 1.27 on CentOS 6.4.

There are two possibilities I can think of at the moment that can cause this:

1) You have the priorities of rpmforge & rpmfusion in the wrong order.
These two repos conflict, and unless you've got rpmfusion with a higher priority (i.e. lower number) than rpmforge, then centos will be looking at rpmforge for those dependencies. It will find them, but they won't be the right versions and hence won't install.

2) you have downloaded a vlc package manually from some other place than rpmfusion
