Best resolution with a kodicom 4400r card ?

Hi,

this is my first post, and I'm pretty new with ZM, though enthusiast.
I would first like to thanks all mantainers and contributors of this project for their great work.

My actual testing setup is a PIII , ubuntu server, kodicom card and a sony amateur handycam NTSC camera.

I managed it to work using /dev/video0 , RGB565, and a 384x288 resolution.
My card is supposed to work with a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels, but that res. makes ZM device go red.

I would like to know how can I discover the exact maximum resolution possible with my setup.

Forgive me if my post is too similar to others.

Congratulations! You have Asked a Frequent Question! You need to increase shared memory values for images that large. Please see this FAQ's resolution.
