LCD Display Recommendations

Does anyone have a recommendation for a small LCD (4-inch / 6-inch) display that can take a standard analog feed?

I would like to place a small monitor (LCD) near the inside of a door, so that the person inside can see who is on the outside. I will split the video signal to capture the activity in ZM. Right now a PC and monitor is just too much - even a thinclient is overkill.
