Note: I've uploaded the firsrt version of the package a week a go. If you already installed this version you have to adjust your /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini to allow "open_short_tags" as described here. Since ZoneMinder-1.22.3-20*.rpm there is a special config file for apache included (copied to /etc/apache2/conf.d) so that manual changes are not necessary anymore. The only thing you have to do is restarting apache after ZoneMinder installation.
