alarm delay

I want to know which parameter should be set to increase the time of receipt of an alarm. I have configured a filter for mail to a notification to alarm noted. Today after a test, in 3 SECONDS. I have received about 13 e-mail. images save, a disproportionate amount. Which parameters I must change?

if you have set the filter to report EVERY alarm then it will, you might want to set a different filter or alter your zone settings
